Know before you book
- Children only above the age of 8 years old are allowed to participate in the trek.
- Children under the age of 15 should always have a supervisor with them at all times.
- The instructor reserves the right to reject any participant deemed unfit to be part of the activity.
- The activity might be delayed or postponed due to weather conditions. In such a scenario, please communicate with your trek coordinator.
- Participants with Diabetic issues, heart problems, breathing problems, high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc should be extra cautious about their health.
- Participants should not have liver or kidney issues.
- Participants must pay attention to the guidelines given by the guide during the trek.
- Avoid consuming heavy food or alcoholic beverages.
- Drink efficient water and walk slowly, no need to rush.
- Guidelines issued by the respective Government are to be followed. Social distancing is to be maintained. Frequent hand sanitization and the use of masks are recommended.
- ID proof is mandatory for each guest at the time of booking and upon arrival.
- Carry enough winter garments as well as hiking gear such as hiking boots, backpacks, neck warmers, etc.
- If participants feel unwell at any moment they should contact the guide and not avoid or push themselves.
- The accommodation will be provided on a twin-share basis.
- A guide will lead you on the trek and porter services are included in the package.
- International flights to and from Nepal are not included in the package.
- You must make arrangements for international flights and visas on your own.

The trek package only covers the flight fares to and from Lukla. Flight charges to and from Kathmandu will be taken care of by you.

To ensure that you have a hassle free trekking experience we provide porter services. One porter is assigned to 2 people.
Do I have to arrange Permits on my own?
To make sure that you have a peaceful trekking experience, we make all the arrangements for any sort of Permit.
What are the accommodation arrangements for the trek?
The accommodations will be provided in a Guest house on a twin or triple or quad sharing basis.
Will meals be provided during the journey?
We will take care of your meals and make sure that you are always energized during this journey. We will be providing you with Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Tea/Coffee during breaks. Any food items other than these are not in the package.
