Payment & Cancellation Policy
1. Payment:
1.1 Reservation Confirmation: To secure your travel reservations through our website, you may be required to pay valid amount against the service you choose. An authorized and secure payment gateway has been integrated on our website to process the payment. For processing the payment, you need to provide payment information, including credit card details or other acceptable forms of payment.
1.2 Authorization: By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount for your reservations, including any taxes, fees, or additional services, to the provided payment method.
1.3 Currency: All prices displayed on our website are in the currency specified, unless otherwise stated. Currency exchange rates may apply if your payment method uses a different currency.
1.4 Payment installment: Few services are applicable for full payment whereas other services are applicable with partial payment to reserve the slot. The payment installment for the remaining amount are as follows: -

1.5 For Zero Booking Payment:
- Customers can book the services with Universal Adventures at Zero Booking amount anytime before 15 Days of the actual Service Date.
- Once Booked with ₹0 amount get an instant confirmation voucher for your service.
- Pay Partial or Full Payment (Depending on the Service Selected) before 7 Days of the Service Start Date to avoid auto Cancellation.
2. Cancellation and Refunds:
2.1 Cancellation Policy: Each travel reservation may have its own cancellation policy, which is specified during the booking process. It is your responsibility to review and understand the cancellation policy for each reservation before confirming your booking. The default cancellation and policy are as follows if no other policy is provided separately: -

If cancellation is done any time before 30 days from the service date | Full amount will be refunded after deducting the cancellation charges upon pro rata basis including payment gateway, company service charges and booked service charges. |
If cancellation is done between 15 to 30 days before the service start date | 50% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee |
If cancellation is done between 7 to 15 days before the service start date | 75% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee |
If cancellation is done on service date or anytime within 07 days before the service start date | 100% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee |
2.2 Refunds: If you need to cancel a reservation, any applicable refunds will be processed according to the cancellation policy in effect. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the UA wallet on our website associated with your mail ID which was used for the booking. This amount can be used to book any services with us in the future within 2 years from the date it has been issued. After 2 years this amount will be expired and hence can not be used.
2.3 Processing Fees: In some cases, cancellation or change requests may be subject to processing fees imposed by the travel service provider or our website. These fees will be communicated to you before you confirm the cancellation or change.
2.4 Non-Refundable Bookings: Some reservations may be non-refundable, non-changeable, or subject to specific conditions imposed by the travel service provider. These conditions will be clearly indicated during the booking process.
2.5 Cancellation due to weather: The booking amount may be non-refundable or partially refundable which is cancelled or changed or postponed due to weather condition or government regulation. These refund will be processed in your UA wallet account only.
2.6 The refund will be processed within 7-10 business working days.
3. UA Wallet Cashback Policy
3.1 Cashback Expiration: Cashback credited to your UA Wallet has a validity period of 2 years from the date it is issued. Unused cashback will automatically expire after 2 years and cannot be reclaimed or reinstated.
3.2 Partial Redemption: The cashback can be utilized in partial increments ranging from 20% to 30% of the total cashback amount per transaction. For example, if your Wallet Amount is ₹10,000, you may redeem cashback of up to ₹2,000 to ₹3,000 from your UA Wallet.
3.3 Usage Limitations: Cashback can only be applied to eligible products and services offered by Universal Adventures. Cashback usage is subject to availability and may vary for certain promotional offers or discounted packages.
3.4 Non-Transferable: Cashback in the UA Wallet is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Cashback cannot be transferred to another user's UA Wallet.
3.5 Modification Rights: Universal Adventures reserves the right to update or modify this cashback policy without prior notice.
4. Changes and Modifications:
4.1 Reservation Changes: If you need to make changes to your reservation, such as modifying dates, names, or other details, please contact our customer support team. Changes are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the specific reservation.
4.2 Modification Fees: Modifications to your reservation may be subject to fees imposed by the travel service provider or our website. These fees, if applicable, will be communicated to you before you confirm the changes.
4.3 Difference in Price: If your modification results in a change in the total price of your reservation, you will be responsible for paying any additional costs or entitled to a refund for any price difference, in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions. The refund will be processed into your UA wallet on Universal Adventures website.
5. Communication and Notifications:
5.1 Contact Information: It is your responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date contact information during the reservation process. We will use this information to communicate with you regarding your reservations, including booking confirmations, updates, changes, and cancellations.
5.2 Notifications: We may send you notifications and reminders related to your reservations via email, SMS, or other communication channels. It is important to review and respond to these communications promptly to avoid any issues with your reservations.
6. Limitations and Disclaimers:
6.1 Third-Party Providers: We act as an intermediary between you and travel service providers. While we strive to ensure a seamless booking experience, we are not responsible for any acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of these third-party providers.
6.2 Liability: We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of our website, including but not limited to payment and cancellation issues, errors, or delays caused by travel service providers.
6.3 Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend obtaining appropriate travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen events, cancellations, and other travel-related risks.
