• Sky Views Observatory is a futuristic structure situated in close proximity to the bustling Downtown Dubai area, directly opposite the iconic Burj Khalifa. The observatory is an architectural marvel, featuring a modern podium that connects the two magnificent Address Sky View towers. These elliptical twin towers rise from a gracefully curved podium.
• For the first time in the region, Sky Views Observatory presents thrilling experiences that are sure to get your adrenaline pumping. Among these experiences is an outdoor glass slide that propels visitors from level 53, situated 219.5 meters above ground level, to level 52 at 215.5 meters. This unique slide takes you on a breathtaking ride enclosed within a transparent glass tube.

• Experience the awe-inspiring views of Dubai's skyline at Sky Views Observatory, where you can immerse yourself in the city's beauty for 45 minutes.
• Get a bird's eye view of Dubai and the Burj Khalifa from far beneath your feet by stepping out onto the Sky Edge Walk that encircles The Address Sky View from the exterior.
• Ascend to a height of 219.5 meters from ground level by taking the glass elevator of Sky Views.
• Stroll on the 46-metre glass floor and view the electrifying glam and glitz of the vibrant city of Dubai. 
• During the sliding experience, a special mat/rug must be used for a convenient session. 
• People lying in the Age Group between Ages 12-65 are welcome to the Edge Walk.  (Parental consent is required in person for those under 18 years of age(for edge walk) 
• Weight: 30 – 120 kg. (for edge walk) To grab this opportune moment, you must lie within this weight limit.
• Height: 135 – 200 cm. (for edge walk) This adrenaline-pumping stroll across the edge requires you to lie within this range of height.

Know Before You Go For Sky Views Observatory:

• Reach the Activity Area at least 20-30 mins before the scheduled time slot to attend all the projections.  
• Bring a valid Government-issued ID Proof for identification purposes. PAN cards are not accepted as valid IDs. 
• During peak seasons, we suggest that visitors planning to watch the sunset between 3 PM and 7 PM while experiencing the Sky Slide book their entry time approximately 90 minutes in advance.
• Modest, comfortable clothing and closed-toed shoes – no skirts, dresses, high heels, flip flops or loose footwear are recommended. (for edge walk)
• Good medical condition. (for edge walk).
• Pregnant women are not allowed. (for edge walk).
• The participant must be free of existing or recurring injuries.
• Not under the influence of narcotics, spirits or any other substances that impair judgement.
• Follow the rules given by your Instructor
• Entry timings and/or ticket prices may be changed, varied or amended without notice or liability.
• Edge Walk Experience can be cancelled/rescheduled due to extreme weather conditions without any prior notice.
