- Always use protection stops for your dive, even if decompression stops aren't required.
- Never take off the regulator from your mouth.
- For protection purposes, this adventure isn't always recommended for women over three months pregnant, anyone who has had a recent surgery, has a damaged leg/arm, has persistent back pain or neck pains, etc.
