Consumption of alcohol or smoking is strictly prohibited. And if found doing so, you will be sent back.
Are there restrictions on luggage?
Yes. If you are taking Porter service then it should not weigh more than 11kg. And luggage must not be anything other than a backpack with rain cover.

If your BMI is under control, you don't have any health issues like liver-kidney issues, heart disease, asthma etc. and can cover 5 km in 30 minutes without stress, then you are good to go.
