• By Air: The nearest airport is Rajiv Gandhi International Airport(HYD) which is located at a distance of 81.3 KM from Ananthagiri Hills. From the airport, you may opt for bus services or taxi services.
• By Road: The best way is to drive from Hyderabad. You can also book or get a bus to reach the destination as several state-run buses and private buses keep plying from Hyderabad.
• By Train: Srikakulam Road Railway Station(CHE) is the nearest railway station which is 3 KM away from Ananthagiri. From the station, you may hire a taxi to reach the destination.

1. The customer should pay the 100% amount or a minimum payment of 30% for confirming the slot.
2. The customer should pay the remaining booking amount before 7 days of the service date. 

1. If the booking gets cancelled due to a change in weather conditions or any natural calamities alternative dates will be arranged for the activity or under certain conditions amount will be fully or partially refunded to the UA wallet of the traveller which can be used in any other services in next 12 months.
2. For any activity cancellation by the customer outside the 30 days of the service date,100% of the total package cost will be refunded to the customer's UA Wallet.
3. For any activity cancellation by the customer within 20 to 30 days of the service date, 70% of the total package cost will be refunded to the customer's UA Wallet.
4. For any activity cancellation by the customer within 7 to 20 days of the service date, 50% of the total package cost will be refunded to the customer's UA Wallet.
5. For any activity cancellation by the customer within 2 to 7 days of the service date, 30% of the total package cost will be refunded to the customer's UA Wallet.
6. If there is No Show or cancelled booking within 48 hours of the service date then no amount will be refunded to the customer.   

Dinner, Breakfast, and Tea are all included in the meal only. [Dinner includes Veg & Non-Veg Meals with BBQ chargeable]

• Any camp property that is broken or damaged will be charged at actuals. 
• Do not litter in the surroundings. Lest you may be fined.  
• Be cordial and cooperative with other campers. 
• Bring some layered clothing with you as you may need it while staying overnight in the camps.
