About One Day Leh Local Sightseeing by Car:
- Around 7 AM, we shall begin our trip by collecting you up from your hotel.
- Sindhu Ghat, which is located just 8.6 kilometres from Leh, will be our first destination.
- Shey Palace, which is only 5 kilometres ahead of Sindhu Ghat and takes 45 minutes to explore, hangs on a precipitous cliff.
- You can view Thikse Monastery after travelling for about 5.4 kilometres from Shey Palace when you observe a collection of white houses packed together on a mountaintop.
- Take a break for lunch at one of the restaurants in the Thikse neighbourhood before continuing your tour. After eating lunch, head to the Stakna monastery, which is perched atop a hill that looks like a tiger's nose.
- The Hemis Monastery, which is 12 kilometres ahead of Stakna and takes 1.5 hours to explore, is devoted to the Drukpa lineage.
- Stok Palace, which is three stories high and will take 50 minutes to tour, is hidden within the desolate highlands of Ladakh, 40 kilometres from Hemis and 15.2 kilometres from Leh.
- When we return, we'll drop you off at your hotel or place of abode by 9 PM.
