Know Before You go for the Helambu Trek in Nepal:
- Children under the age of 15 should always have a supervisor with them at all times.
- The instructor reserves the right to reject any participant deemed unfit to be part of the activity.
- The activity might be delayed or postponed due to weather conditions. In such a scenario, please communicate with your trek coordinator.
- Participants with Diabetic issues, heart problems, breathing problems, high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc should be extra cautious about their health.
- Participants should not have liver or kidney issues.
- Participants must pay attention to the guidelines given by the guide during the trek.
- Avoid consuming heavy food or alcoholic beverages.
- Drink efficient water and walk slowly, no need to rush.
- Guidelines issued by the respective Government are to be followed. Social distancing is to be maintained. Frequent hand sanitization and the use of masks are recommended.
- ID proof is mandatory for each guest at the time of booking and upon arrival.
- Carry enough winter garments as well as hiking gear such as hiking boots, backpacks, neck warmers, etc.
- If participants feel unwell at any moment they should contact the guide and not avoid or push themselves.
