About the Gir Jungle Safari in Gujarat:
- Please arrive at Sinh Sadan, the starting location of the Jungle Safari, at your scheduled time slot where you will meet our guide. They will provide you with a briefing on the activity and the do's and don'ts of the Safari.
- Before entering Gir National Park, you will need to show your ID proof, so please ensure you bring it with you.
- During the Safari, you will have the opportunity to observe Asiatic lions, leopards, sloth bears, and various bird species in their natural habitat.
- Our experienced guide and driver will assist you in locating and identifying these creatures.
- Remember to bring your camera and binoculars to capture the breathtaking wildlife and landscapes.
- After completing the tour, you will feel more connected to nature and its beauty, having witnessed some of the most extraordinary creatures of Mother Earth.
- At the end of the Safari, our driver and guide will drop you off at the exit gate, where you can return to your respective hotel.
Know before you book
- Three hours is the length of one safari ride. Inside Gir National Park, there are thirteen official jeep safari routes, and they are assigned at random when people enter the park through the entrance.
- Due to weather, reservations for safaris on the Gir Jungle Trail are not accepted from 16 June through 15 October each year.
- Both the morning and evening safari times are set. It is not feasible to reserve a safari permit on-site, therefore get one online to avoid disappointment.
- If any unavoidable circumstances continue, the Gir Forest Department alone has the authority to modify the Jeep Safari time or to cancel the permission. In this case, the forest department's judgment will be regarded as final.
- If your safari is not scheduled owing to a technical issue or a seat not being available, we will credit your supplied bank account with the full price. Accordingly, the same would be communicated.

By Air:Keshod Airport(IXK) is the nearest airport to the district of Gir-Somnath which is located at a distance of 50 KM. Regular flights ply from nearby cities & Mumbai to this city.
By Road:To reach Gir-Somnath, you may avail the services of either multiple state-run buses or private buses. You can also travel to Ahmedabad to reach the destination.
By Train:Gir Somnath district doesn't have a railway station of its own. So, you have to reach the nearest railway station- Veraval Junction Railway Station(VRL) and then travel to this city.
