About Laka Glacier:

  • Nestled in the Dhauladhar Range of Himachal Pradesh, Laka Glacier which is also known as Laka Got Glacier is the lowest glacier of India. Only at a height of 3500 meters, we reach this glacier. The pristine location and surroundings of Laka Glacier bring nature lovers and adventure seekers together.
  • The bustling Triund route, the lack of snow on the Triund trek, and the breathtaking vistas on the Laka glacier trek have all contributed to the popularity of the Laka glacier trekking Triund trek in recent years. From grasslands to rock terrains, beaming streams to shining mountains, Laka Glacier is full of everything.

About the Laka Glacier trek:

  • The trek will begin from Bhagsu Nag Taxi Stand. You will meet our representatives who will lead you on a trek to Laka Glacier.
  • The trek trail will cross through the hypnotic view of McLeodganj's biggest waterfall. Take a refreshment break in Leta/Mana Village.
  • Walking to the top will bless you with a breathtaking view of the Dhauladhar mountain range and Kangra Valley.
  • You will return to the camp in Leta/Mana village to spend the night and fill your batteries for the next day's journey.
  • From the camps of Leta/Mana village in Triund, you will move to Laka Got covered in proudly shining snow.
  • Laka Got will be another night stay point. Relax in your tents under the glittery night sky covered with mountains.
  • The return trail can either be the same route or a different one. Walk through the lush grasslands on the way back to McLeodganj.
  • By the time you say goodbye to your journey and be back home, your albums will be filled with Laka Glacier trek memories.
