About Andharban Campsite:
- Andharban is the darkest woodland of Maharashtra in Tamhini Ghat. It lies as part of a mountain passage among the Mulshi and Tamhini villages. You can enjoy the natural shade of the dense evergreen woods in the first 6 to 8 km of the trek. This trek would make you reach Bhira via Konkon at a 4 km distance. The Kundalika river originates from this valley and it is also popular for white water river rafting.
- You will sight Tamhini Ghat known for its scenic waterfalls, lakes, and dense woods. This is an amazing experience where you will be walking over a ridge imparting mesmerizing views of the Kundalika Valley, Bhira dam, and the mountain ranges of Tamhini ghat.
