Additional Info

Know Before You Go for Malana Trek

  • A journey isn't usually recommended for women who are more than three months pregnant, those who have had major surgery, those who have a damaged leg/arm, those who have recurring lower back or neck pains, and so on.
  • Climate conditions at high elevations differ from those on the plains, therefore taking the time to acclimate to high altitudes is extremely beneficial.
  • With any extrusion in services/hotels, rates may also vary. Any difference in the charge will be borne by the customer if the package is changed before the start of the trip due to an increase in the number of guests, motel extrusions, or other factors.
  • Universal Adventure retains the right to change the schedule in the event of a disruption (such as a weather event, a political event, or anything else), without affecting the overall number of days or compromising any service.
  • Liability for deviations in itinerary caused by factors without our control, such as changes in airline and train schedules, flight/train cancellations, political disturbances, natural phenomena, blockages, and so on, will no longer be covered by the bundled charge. There would be no reimbursement for any services or facilities that were neglected.
  • If the trek or a specific activity isn't always accomplished for any reason, natural or private, no refunds can be made.
  • Do not encourage midnight trekking unless it is a far section of the program and you have a manual with you; this could result in unexpected accidents.
  • Avoid using earphones throughout the trek; this will reduce your audibility.
  • Any non-public charges or items of a personal character will no longer be covered by the bundle. Any food or transport that is no longer specified in the itinerary is to be considered an exclusion from the offer. Any type of beverage (alcoholic, aerated, or mineral water) isn't usually included in the package charge.
  • Avoid using plastic luggage to preserve the destination's ecological stability. Travelers who litter may face fines. Water is a valuable resource, hence conservation is encouraged.
  • In nature, camping may be extremely simple. Luxuries should no longer be anticipated. Some areas have the best access to electricity. Mobile and computer charging points may or may not be available on campsites at any given time.
  • Dry snacks/food, granola bars, and other items should be brought from home. Bring a regular and any other insulated water bottle with you to refill.
  • Any damage or breakage to objects within the inn may be invoiced at cost.
  • Carry plenty of cash because ATMs are scarce in high-altitude places, and there are sometimes long lines.
  • All guests are required to bring a copy of their scientific certificate (if applicable).
  • It is necessary to follow the guidelines established by the state government. Distancing from others must be maintained. Hand sanitization and the usage of masks are recommended regularly.
  • Every character visitor must present identification at the time of booking and again upon arrival. PAN cards will no longer be accepted as valid forms of identification.
  • Consult a physician before embarking on your journey. During the Malana village trip, bring some inexpensive medicines and a first-aid kit.
  • If the Malana trek is to be canceled, the authorities must be informed ahead of time.
