  • Universal Adventures retains the right to rearrange or omit the itinerary for reasons that are beyond its control, such as natural disasters, weather conditions, road closures, and so on.
  • Please provide the operator with an estimate of your flight times before your departure date.
  • Heavy rains have been detected between June and September, which means that itinerary changes may be necessary. A permit will not be available if the roads are shut due to landslides or any other natural disaster. Universal Adventures will arrange alternate sightseeing for travelers, but the cost of opportunity lodging must be borne by the purchaser because hotels that have been pre-booked have cancellation policies that are nonrefundable. This is usually what happens when you book the inns on your own.
  • All food is kept as close to the houseboat as possible.
