- Jaisalmer, also known as the “golden city," is a mesmerizing destination nestled in the Thar Desert of Rajasthan, India. This city’s unique charm radiates from its yellow sandstone buildings, which resemble those of gold.
About the Jodhpur Jaisalmer Trip from Mumbai Pune:
- We will start from the railway stations of Pune or Mumbai and reach Ahmedabad by train, from where we board our private vehicle to Jodhpur (overnight).
- Reach Jodhpur early in the morning, have breakfast, and check into the hotel at noon.
- Later, we will explore Mehranghar Fort, Jaswant Thada, and the streets of Blue City. Anyone interested is free to visit the market in the evening. Then we will end our day by having dinner at our hotel.
- Next morning, we will leave early for Jaisalmer. We will be there by afternoon, and we will be having lunch on the way.
- We will go to Sam Desert during sunset and enjoy a camel ride, followed by a traditional cultural show and a gala dinner at our desert camp, where will stay the night.
- The next day, we will visit Khabha Fort ruins, Kuldhara, where we will listen to stories of the ghost village, Badabag, and Jaisalmer War Museum.
- The next day, after breakfast, we will pack our luggage into the vehicle, check out, and visit Jaisalmer Fort. After having lunch, time for shopping will be provided. Later, around 5 PM, we will depart for Ahmedabad.
- The next day we will arrive in Ahmedabad early morning, and catch our trains back to Pune or Mumbai.
- We will reach our destination by evening, ending our happy trip with beautiful memories.
