- The Gaumukh Tapovan hike is an adrenaline rush with spectacular views of the cow-shaped Gaumukh Glacier, which is also one of the sacred Ganges' most important water sources. The Gangotri peaks of Shivling, Thalay Sagar, and Meru can all be seen from the walk.
- The Gomukh Tapovan trip is picturesque and full of nature's richness, with fragrant flowers, snow-capped peaks, and similar jaw-dropping views. Take a dip in the Holy Bhagirathi River, which is considered to be one of the sacred ceremonies. About Gaumukh Tapovan Trek:
- The journey begins as all the trekkers meet at Dehradun and drive to Gangotri from there. We will spend the night at Gangotri.
- In the morning, we will have breakfast and start the first day of the trekking, the journey towards Chirbasa, and stay overnight there.
- The next morning, we will trek to Bhojbasa and witness the majestic views of the famous valleys and spend the night over there camping.
- The next morning, we will trek to Tapovan, the holy place for many babas. The vibes there are very positive and the environment is so calm to heal your soul. Spend the night at Tapovan.
- The next day we will spend exploring Tapovan, the holy and majestic place.
- The next day we will trek back to Chirbasa from Tapovan and spend the night over there after a hectic trekking day.
- After breakfast, we will leave for Gangotri from Chirbasa and stay there overnight.
- On the last day of the trek, as we get back to Dehradun from Gangotri with a bunch of memories.

- By Rail: The nearest train station to Gangotri is Rishikesh, which is located 234 kilometers ahead of Gangotri on NH58 and is well connected to India's major cities via the railway network. Rishikesh is well-served by trains. Taxis and buses are available to Gangotri from Rishikesh, Tehri Garhwal, Uttarkashi, and a variety of other areas.
- By Air: The nearest airport to Gangotri is Jolly Grant Airport, which is 250 kilometers away. This airport is well connected to Delhi, and there are numerous daily flights to Delhi that link to the country's major cities.
- By Road: The most efficient way to go to Gangotri is via bus, privately owned jeeps, SUVs, or other vehicles. It takes roughly 12 hours to travel from Rishikesh. Taxis and Jeeps are also available at Taxi Stations in Rishikesh, Haridwar, and Dehradun. From Dehradun/Rishikesh, tourist cabs are available.
