About Gaj Pass Trek:

  • Reach your respective pickup points on time and take a ride to the Bonthu Village Base Camp
  • Get to know fellow trek members and your trek leader who will be accompanying you on the entire trek journey. 
  • Let your soul be free and enjoy the musical night amidst the tranquillity of the snowy and lush surroundings. 
  • Take another short drive to Koprulu and begin your first trekking phase towards Bagga Camp 2.
  • Spend a couple of days exploring the hidden beauties of nature in Snowline and have some fun games in the Himalayas. 
  • Wave goodbye to the heavenly land of snow-wrapped mountain peaks and trek back down to the Base Camp.

  • The trek difficulty level is quite high, we recommend you have prior experience of trekking before you join Gaj Pass Trek.
  • You need to be physically fit to join the activity.
  • Consult your doctors and check your fitness level before you start the trek.
  • People with heart conditions, breathing issues or any serious medical issues should avoid participating in the trek.
  • Make sure that you are well prepared for the trek by maintaining your fitness level with some cardio exercises and stretches.
  • People who feel altitude sickness are recommended to avoid the trek or participate only after consulting a doctor.
  • Pregnant women are not recommended to join the trekking activity.
  • The trek will take you to higher altitudes. Adjust yourself to the high altitude before beginning your journey.
  • You will be provided with all the safety gear, make sure you are using the equipment properly.
  • A professional trek guide will be leading you on the trek, be attentive to the instructions and always follow their leads.
  • The weather during the trek is unpredictable. We request you cooperate with any unfavourable weather conditions.
  • Pack some warm sets of clothes, thermal innerwear, jackets, and warm socks to deal with the chilly weather.
  • You can also carry a scarf, cap/hat and gloves.
  • Wear good gripping shoes during the trek.
  • You can also bring an extra pair of footwear to wander around the campsite.
  • Pack your necessary toiletries and medications.
  • Carry enough water with you during the trek to keep yourself hydrated.
  • You will be needing a constant energy boost during the trek. So, do carry some snacks, energy bars or dry fruits.
